Thank you for shopping with Dubs Africa’s Basket. Each product is made to order, which means we only produce items after you place your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund after verification.
Change of Mind
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Personal preference (e.g., not liking the design)
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. A replacement may be offered.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
